How It Works
When an athlete jumps with the HeavyRope jump rope they want to let their arms flow out away from their body, allowing for a circular motion. This will enable your arms, shoulders and back to absorb the centrifugal force that the HeavyRope will create as it stretches during rotation. This workout will test your cardiovascular stamina while strengthening your upper body.
